With over a decade of experience in orthodontics, Courtney has been transforming smiles since 2011. As our Treatment Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant, she plays a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, from the first consultation to the final reveal of their perfect smile. Courtney is passionate about seeing the transformation and the positive impact it has on her patients’ confidence and lives.
When she’s not at the office, Courtney enjoys spending time with her daughter, Reagan, at the zoo, relaxing on the beach, or tending to her garden. A travel enthusiast, she has her sights set on visiting all 50 states—one adventure at a time. With her warm personality and commitment to excellent care, Courtney is a trusted and valued member of our team.

When she’s off the clock, Rachel enjoys a mix of adventure and relaxation. A true coffee lover, she’s made it her mission to try every coffee shop she comes across. She’s equally happy spending a day outdoors hunting or indulging in a little retail therapy. A big fan of country music and sweet treats, Rachel brings a down-to-earth charm and upbeat energy that make her a perfect fit on our team.

With over 26 years of dedicated experience in the dental field, our Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice. She is committed to ensuring every patient receives a seamless and supportive experience, managing everything from clinical coordination to personalized patient care with professionalism and heart.
A North Carolina native, she was born and raised right here in the community she now serves. Outside of the office, she is a proud mother of two and finds great joy in spending time with her family. An avid cook and baker, she loves experimenting with new recipes and sharing delicious treats with those around her. Her deep roots in the area and decades of experience make her an invaluable part of our team.
